The Feb. 17, 2011 article in The Economist describes “the awakening” of Arabs and Muslims in countries across the Middle East. It recounts how the Jan. 25 Egypt protests started, with protests in Tunisia. Then the article goes on to explain how reform instead of violence can help bring about a peaceful and just new beginning to the protests.
